Save $25: As of Aug. 16, Amazon’s Halo Band fitness tracker is on sale for $74.99, a 25% discount on its original price of $99.99.
When you get a fitness tracker, you expect the basics: heart rate monitoring, step tracking, sleep tracking. But Amazon’s Halo takes it a step further — it can measure body composition, the intensity of your workout, and even how the tone of your voice corresponds to your mood.
Even when it’s not on sale, the Halo Band is pretty affordable compared to other fitness trackers, with a regular list price of $99.99. As of Aug. 16, it’s on sale for $74.99, saving you $25.
There’s no screen on the tracker, so you can’t use it to get notifications from your phone. But you can still track workouts from the band and view stats and measurements using the companion app.
Unfortunately, to track everything the Halo is capable of, you do have to pay for a Halo membership. You’ll get six free months when you buy the Halo; after the trial is up, it’s $3.99 per month.
Because the Halo is relatively new and packs a lot into a small device, it isn’t perfect. It’s still a solid choice if you want to get a more in-depth look at your health and activity, though, especially at this price.
