This introduction to yoga class teaches flexibility while learning to listen and communicate with the body in a new way. You will learn to work with the body to express the best pose for the individual. Students are requested to bring a yoga mat.

Tai Chi for Beginners (ages 14 & up)
A basic introduction to Tai Chi movement with a focus on breathing with gentle, slow fluid body movements. This practice is excellent for calming the busy mind and suitable for all fitness levels! Tai Chi is a tonic for the body, mind and spirit.

Line Dancing (ages 16 & up)
In this fun & energetic Line Dance class, you’ll learn fun dances to all types of music. It’s time to get your body up & moving to for some fun & groovy dance moves. No experience or partner required. Line Dancing is a contactless form of dance & our dance space is enormous. This class is all about meeting new friends and having fun!

Zumba (ages 18 & up)
Ditch the workout and join the party! Come out and join us for a workout like none other! We will teach you steps to popular dances like salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop, belly dancing and more. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Moves are catered to all experience levels.
