Late Friday afternoon the University of Oregon made an announcement regarding vaccination requirements for sporting events this seaon.
With football just a couple weeks out, it will be important to note the Universities new guidelines below.
“The UO will require people aged 12 and older to show proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test in order to attend university events and activities, including sporting events, as of Monday, Aug. 23.
This decision was made in partnership with public health authorities and peer institutions in the state to help keep our communities safe in the face of rising COVID case counts.”

Oregon football begins its 2021-2022 season on Sept. 4 against Fresno State.
